Compliance and modernization of the electrical infrastructure of the Main Pavilion

The project consists of creating, equipping and connecting secondary electrical distribution rooms on all floors of the main building of the Polytechnique Montréal to ensure: the distribution of electrical services; powering electrical systems essential for teaching and research activities; powering electromechanical building systems; the supply of electrical services and lighting in the premises. The work will target a series of obsolete secondary rooms existing on all floors in order to: redevelop them, bring them up to standard, equip them and connect them to the network. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading the quality of school infrastructure.
