The project involves the investment, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a comprehensive passenger transportation hub in Chengnan New District, Baoying County, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province of China. The project includes a high-speed railway station and supporting facilities, long-distance, urban and rural bus station, parking lot and supporting facilities. The project SPV is called China Communications Second Aviation Baoying Investment Development Co., Ltd and is owned by a state-owned company holding a 10% stake and private sponsors holding the remaining 90% stake. The project cost amounts to CNY 1,405,760,000 or $ 208.66 million. The project is structured under BOT model for a concession period of 16 years which includes 1-year construction period. The return mechanism is feasibility gap subsidy plus user fees.
