Description

The concession involves the operation and maintenance of:The 5-Lilac line, which will have 17 stations along 20.1 kilometers, connecting Capão Redondo to Chácara Klabin, including two parking lots and train maintenance. The estimated demand for the full line is 850,000 passengers per day. The extension of Line 5 involves the design and construction of 11km of twin TBM-EPB tunnels, 10 new stations, 13 shafts, a terminal train depot and the delivery of 26 new trains. The new line will connect the Largo Treze Station to the Chácara Klabin Station in Vila Mariana, ultimately merging with Line 1 – Blue, at the Santa Cruz Station, Line 2 – Green, at the Chácara Klabin Station, and Line 17 – Gold, at the Campo Belo Station.The 17-Gold line, which will link the Congonhas airport to the subway network of the city of São Paulo. The 7.7 km stretch will comprise eight elevated stations (Congonhas, Jardim Aeroporto, Brooklin Paulista, José Diniz Councilor, Campo Belo, Vila Cordeiro, Chucri Zaidan and Morumbi) and a parking and maintenance yard called Espraiada Water. The scheduled daily demand is 200,000 passengers.The duration of the contract is 20 years.
