Concessionaire is LLC Regional Concession Company - consortium of PJSC Gazprombank and PF VIS LLC. It will be a 1-B four-way speed highway, 26.8 km long, with an estimated speed of 120 km per hour. Type of concession is BOT with a contract period of 15 years. Gazprombank provided 7.5 billion rubles or around $ 115 million in debt. Construction of the project should be finished by 2020.
