Description | Plans for three 'concession pods' have been revealed on car park land at a Nuneaton Co-op store. The project involves constructing a new single storey building on the car park of the Heart of England Co-operative Society's Kem Street-based store, which will result in the loss of eight car parking spaces. The building will also include a separate toilet block and is intended to accommodate a range of uses including barbers, key cutting, sports therapist, and cobblers. The building will be constructed of timber cladding with a flat metal roof and a maximum height of 2.5m. The application is currently under consideration by planning officers at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council. |
