Description | The Jacksonville Aviation Authority board approved packages to bring new restaurants such as V Pizza, Chick-Fil-A, Panda Express, and Willie Jewel’s Bar-B-Q, along with retail stores including Postcards from Jacksonville, The Beaches @ JAX, Five Points General Store, and Seven Bridges Marketplace to a new food court and retail area at Concourse B. The new businesses are expected to open along with the new concourse in late 2026. Host International Inc. will operate the food concessions, and Marshall Retail Group will operate the retail stores. Host is set to spend nearly $6.3 million, and Marshall nearly $5.6 million on improvements within the lease spaces. The restaurants will cover around 4,000 square feet, and retail nearly 7,000 square feet of the new concourse. |
