Connected Vehicle Tolling (C-V2X Toll) on I-485 Express Lanes

Indra is implementing its connected vehicle tolling solution (C-V2X Toll) on the I-485 Express Lanes in North Carolina, making it the first highway in the U.S. to integrate this technology. The system allows connected vehicles to receive tolling information directly through in-vehicle systems, eliminating the need for mobile apps or additional devices. The project also includes the use of 3D LiDAR technology to detect safety events in real time and share information with motorists via C-V2X.
