Connecting perspectives to scale vocational excellence across Europe

The ALL-VIEWS LEGACY project aims to foster innovation, creativity, participation and social entrepreneurship in vocational education and training (VET) and higher education (HE) by developing a scalable, transferable and policy-integrated model of vocational excellence. Building on the successful outcomes of the Centres of Vocational Excellence ALLVIEW project, ALL-VIEWS LEGACY will extend its methodologies, digital tools and governance models to new countries, including Romania, Estonia and Greece; while reinforcing engagement in existing countries and regions, such as Spain, Italy, Slovenia and Belgium. The project expands its sectoral focus in the furniture and wood industry to embrace new and emerging economic sectors such as sustainable construction, eco-design, automation, craft and green and digital entrepreneurship. The project incorporates ‘ALL-VIEWS’ of educators, learners, industry stakeholders and policymakers to co-create a shared vision for inclusive and systemic VET at regional and national levels. ALL-VIEWS LEGACY will mainstream and scale-up successful practices and methodologies developed in previous and ongoing CoVE projects ensuring the transferability, reuse and long-term impact of innovative solutions ('LEGACY'). The project will implement a wide range of activities including: Peer-learning labs and policy transfer workshops, thematic mobility schemes, AI-powered job-matching platform upgrades, MOOC expansion with micro-credentials, toolkits for recognition and validation aligned with EQF/NQF, stakeholder engagement through regional groups and MoUs, development of a VET Legacy Playbook and a European policy roadmap; among others. The project brings together a diverse consortium of VET providers, higher education institutions, industry representatives, public authorities and sectoral networks from seven EU countries strengthening regional skills ecosystems and supporting the EU's green, digital and social transitions.
