This notice announces the availability of up to $150,000 for support of this program in FY 2013. These funds are in addition to up to $25 million dollars of funds that may be available through the national CIG grants program.Applications are requested from eligible governmental or non-governmental organizations or individuals for competitive consideration of grant awards for projects between 1 and 3 years in duration.
