Consolidation of Farnham community services in a sustainable building

The Centre d’action bénévole de Farnham is forced to relocate its operations following the organisation’s eviction from its premises. The Centre d’Arts de Farnham was donated by the town to the project, but is outdated and requires major work to be transformed into a modern and accessible community centre, adapted to the needs of the populations it serves. The project consists of renovating this underutilised and energy-inefficient building, while respecting an ecological vision that favours the revitalisation of existing infrastructure over urban sprawl, in order to turn it into a meeting place and service centre for all residents. These renovations will optimise energy efficiency and modernise the space to better serve the needs of the 16,936 residents it serves.
