The Project will increase telephone penetration in Costa Rica from 2.2 telephones per 1,000 inhabitants to 6 telephones per 1,000 inhabitants. The total cost of the project is estimated at US$15 million, of which the IIC would contribute US$4.2 million via a long-term loan. |
