The Constitution Pipeline is a proposed natural gas pipeline intended to transport Appalachian natural gas through Pennsylvania and New York, connecting with the Iroquois Gas Transmission system via the Wright Interconnect Project. The project has faced long delays due to permitting disputes and legal challenges. FERC has requested updated environmental and engineering information to continue the review process, including greenhouse gas emissions, construction schedules, endangered species surveys, wetland impacts, waterbody crossing methods, land use changes, cost estimates, rate calculations, and compressor station modifications.
