Sills, ranging in height and width, will be at least +4 feet MLW, designed to reduce wave action through attenuation, refraction, and diffraction. In addition, a stone revetment will be built along the beach and eroding bank at Sub-reach IIA3 (Lookout Tower) with armor stone layers and a filter cloth for long-term stability. |
