Construction of a Blind River Drinking Water Supply Source

The project will replace an existing wellfield with a new intake source from a lake in Blind River, Ontario. The work will involve decommissioning the existing wellfield and installing new intake cribbing and screening, a new intake line and associated components, a new low-lift station with instrumentation and control system upgrades, and 3,500 metres of watermain. The project will fund improvements to water assets, which will increase access to potable water by upgrading the condition of the infrastructure.
