Construction of a New Arena and Development of Various Sports Fields

The project consists of building: 1) An arena including: - a skating rink; - washrooms; - players’ rooms; - administrative areas; - a mechanical room; - space for the zamboni; - storage areas; - bleachers of approximately 250 seats; - an infirmary; - a janitor’s office; - a multipurpose room; - a proshop; - a food court; - a referees’ room; - a locker room; - two parking areas with lighting comprising 127 spaces and 2 bus parking lots. 2) To transform the existing into a multisport facility including: - a multifunctional surface not covered; - a lighting system; - a parking lot with lighting for approximately 150 spaces. Part of the existing arena will be dismantled to develop the uncovered multifunctional surface. Wall closing and door relocation work will be conducted. No interior fittings on this building are planned. 3) Develop a baseball field with bleachers and lighting system 4) Develop two volleyball courts with bleachers and lighting system. 5) Develop four pétanque courts with lighting system.
