Construction of a New Refrigerated Rink at Loiselle Park

The project consists of the construction of an indoor refrigerated skating rink including a service building. The planned interventions consist in particular of preparatory works, the installation of a refrigeration system, the fitting out of the ice rink and the covered playground, the construction of the service rooms (skaters’ room, storage, bathrooms, etc. garage), the development of access paths as well as electrical and lighting work. There could also be related work. This project will allow the City of Mercier to provide its population with better quality recreational infrastructure.
