Description | The Project consists of the construction of a roundabout and approaches at the intersection of Deseronto Road and Belleville Road in Tyendinaga, Ontario. The Project scope includes the construction and reconstruction of a total of approximately 600 metres of the 4 approach roads at the intersection of Deseronto Road and Belleville Road. The work includes excavation, placement of granular material, installation of concrete curbs, drainage improvements, asphalt paving, paved shoulders, landscaping and installation of warning signs and pavement markings. The Project aims to reduce incidences of collisions, probability of asset failure and service interruptions, maximize asset lifecycle and reduce maintenance costs, and promote safe active transportation through continuity of the Country trail system. |
