Description | he project will convert the intersection of Highway 54 and Chiefswood Road to a roundabout in the Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation, Ontario. The work will involve installing concrete curbs and gutters, rehabilitating the subgrade, paving the roundabout road and entries, and landscaping the middle of the roundabout and other areas disturbed by construction. The project will improve road safety and reliability, support better traffic flow, improve emergency response and provide better access to a planned housing and business development. Operation and maintenance costs are also expected to decrease. |
