The project consists of building a sports center (arena) which will notably include the following elements: - a regulatory ice rink; - a mechanical and computer room; - a mechanical room - refrigeration and heating; - a garage for the resurfacer; - rooms for players and referees; - toilets; - an infirmary; - concierge services and a laundry room; - a workshop; - a multipurpose room; - storage spaces; - a conference room; - bleachers comprising around 350 seats; - administrative spaces; - a children’s play area; - a snack-bar kitchen as well as a catering area; - reception and service areas; - the project also provides for site development work including a lighted parking area comprising about 200 spaces.
