Construction of a sports centre with two rinks

The project consists of building a sports center with two ice creams. More specifically, the project plans to: 1) Ground floor: - two skating rinks; - changing rooms; - an entrance hall; - administrative offices; - toilets; - storage spaces; - an infirmary; - bleachers with approximately 800 seats; - an elevator; - mechanical, electrical, communication and sound rooms; - a storage and maintenance garage for resurfacer; - service premises; - a kitchenette; - a sports mat system for one of the two rinks. 2) First floor: - administrative offices; - toilets; - a hall and corridors; - a multifunctional space; - a lunch counter; - storage spaces; - changing rooms; - a press gallery and a meeting room with a kitchenette; - mechanical and electrical rooms; - an indoor running and walking track with athletic surface. Site development work including, among other things, a parking lot with approximately 182 spaces is planned.
