Construction of a Water Game - Audet

The project involves the installation of a water game as well as an asphalt ring that will surround the water feature as an ice ring for winter activities. There will also be an expansion of the existing OTJ building to add a part to it which will serve as a technical building which will aim to house the water management systems and the electro-mechanical controls of the water feature as well, and to serve as a sprinkler station for ice. In addition, there will also be an upgrade of the skating rink’s lighting to make them energy-efficient and comply with the protection of light pollution in the Dark Sky Reserve of the Mont-Mégantic Park Observatory. This description of the work is not exhaustive and it could be revised following the completion of the final plans and specifications and the opening of calls for tenders. This project will allow the Municipality of Audet to offer its population a better quality recreational infrastructure.
