Construction of an auditorium

The project consists of building a 2650 square meter variable geometry performance hall. The works include the fitting out of the following spaces: • the layout of the following interior spaces: - a performance hall; - a fireplace (including the bar); - a reception area; - an administrative space made up of six offices and ten workstations; - four dressing rooms with sixteen make-up stations; - a technical space; - a storage space. • development of the following outdoor spaces: - a parking lot; - a landing stage; - a square to host events. It will be made up of paving, concrete sidewalk, trees, shrubs and sod. • the following installations: - building mechanics: ventilation system with units on the roof; - electricity: supply and distribution of electricity to the performance hall; - scenographic equipment: telescopic bleachers, dimmer rooms; - lighting system and all the control room equipment.
