Construction of an specialized medical center for mental health, detox, and geriatrics

CENTRO DE TRATAMIENTOS ESPECIALIZADOS (CETRATE) is a company whose offers general medical services. CETRATE is a pioneer in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean and specializes in mental health treatments, detox, and geriatrics. The project consists of the construction of a clinic, medical service towers specializing in mental health, detox, and geriatrics, and hotel facilities. This medical project is located in La Vega, Dominican Republic. The available area is 202,000M2. In the first stage, it will build 55,000M2 for the clinic, 12,500M2 for the professional medical services tower, and 15,000M2 for the hotel. It will include:420 parking spaces; 250 beds; and 115 hotel rooms. Further stages will include University, Research Center, and general medical expansion. This project will be satisfying the demand of people who needs mental care, but do not have the opportunity to assist in a specialized center, and also the insufficiency of beds for hospitalization that affects the country. On the other hand, the Dominican Republic also has a deficiency in the care of the elderly, which is why this center will be a pioneer for this kind of essential service.
