Information CSB building is an RCC framed structure with G plus 3 storeys and a built up area of 6413 Sq.m. The proposed building is connected to existing building through corridors. Staggering of blocks with centre courtyard and open corridor to enhance the wind flow within the building. Under deck insulation is considered to avoid heat ingress. In elevation vertical fins with central massing were created similar to existing building to maintain similarity.
