Description | The project consists of the construction of 220 metres of new bike lanes and sidewalks on each side of Dougall Avenue, between Ouellette Place and Eugenie Street. The project will facilitate active transportation by connecting the densely-populated South Windsor to the downtown core. A significant portion of the project (road construction) is not proposed for federal funding and is therefore ineligible. The project will result in improved capacity, quality and safety of, and access to, public transit in Windsor, Ontario. |
