Construction of parking lot including sports and commercial areas

The Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) is a non-state catholic institution serving the community. It was created by the Dominican Episcopate Conference on September 9 of 1962. It is a higher education institution that emphasizes academic excellence and is open to all people without distinction of race, social class, ideology or religious beliefs. It focuses on the scientific search for solutions that respond to social problems and the demands of the common good. It recently became one of the first universities in the country to enter the prestigious QS World University ranking, standing out for having some of the best employability rates for its graduates. The project is about the construction of parking lot (570 spaces) including sports and commercial areas project consists in joint venture development. The parking lot aims to satisfy the parking demand of local University (PUCMM) Students and users from the near zones, supplying the parking demand identified. Additionally, the project contemplates the construction of sports and commercial areas to facilitate these services, mainly for the leisure and recreation of the students and also to the broader customers in the area. The construction is expected to come up with innovations using up-to-date technology that impact building Santo Domingo as a sustainable city and using green energy to contribute to the reduction of pollution.
