Information Building Construction-BR has come up with Construction of Permanent Structures in campus of SDRF, Bihta, Patna with a ticket size of 287.2 INR Crores. This project in Public Works sub-sector involves The current status of the project is - and is being developed through the EPC route. Economic/Social Impact of the Project State Disaster Response Force[SDRF] was sanctioned in 2010 on the lines of National Disaster Response Force [NDRF] and is dedicated to provide assistance during and aftermath of a disaster for people of Bihar.It is for multi-disciplinary and multi-skilled dedicated force capable of effective responding to all types of disasters.It would maintain full strength of disaster response equipment including CSSR kits, MFR kits, personal kits, boats, diving and water rescue equipment as well as full fleet of vehicles. It also comprises medical team, veterinary team and dog squad. Currently SDRF battalion is situated at the proposed site,25 acres land in Bihta, residing in temporary porta cabins. The proposed permanent campus [buildings and site development] need to be earthquake resistant, flood proof, disabled friendly and energy efficient. SDRF have Administrative Buildings have following Administrative Block , Quarter Master Store , Training Block , Auditorium And Fitness Centre , Outdoor Facilities , Dogs Squad Area , Open Training Area , Hostel And Dining. Apart from that the project has following residential building Commandant [Type-F] , Deputy Commandant [Type-E] , Assistant Commandant [Type-D] , Doctors [Type-D] , Inspectors [Type-C] , Sub-Inspectors [Type- C] , Head Constable [Type-B] , Head Constable [Type-B] , Constable [Type-B] , Follower [Type-A] , Barrack For Personnel , Officers Mess , Sub-Ordinate Officers Mess , Motor Transport Block , Shed For Buses , Shed For Trucks , Shed For Water Tankers , Shed For Light Vehicles , Dispensary , Entrance Gate With Guard Room , Substation, Watch Towers, UGT , STP And Quick Response Team.
