Information Central University of Haryana has come up with Construction of University Computer Centre Building with a ticket size of 23.17 INR Crores. This project in Education Infrastructure sub-sector involves The current status of the project is Idea Stage and is being developed through the EPC route. Economic/Social Impact of the Project The University Computer Centre manages the Central Computing and Networking facilities for the University Campus. The Computer Centre is the central technological resource Centre of the University providing critical technical support to the entire University Community including all its Offices Departments. It also provides internet services to all branches and Department of the University. The Computer Centre hosts the websites of the University and acts as a dedicated Data Centre for administration, recruirement, examinations, admissions etc. At present there is not dedicated building for the Computer Centre to provide the ICT facilities. Keeping in view of the requirement of ICT facilities in CUH, there is an urgent need of dedicated building rooms and labs for estblishment of the University Computer Centre.
