Description	The American company WRB Enterprises Inc. announced the development of the Content Solar photovoltaic power plant. The sponsor created the special purpose company Content Solar Holdings to develop the solar farm in Clarendon, Jamaica (20 MW in capacity). In 2015, Content Solar Holdings was awarded a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) to sell energy to the Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS). The contract was awarded by the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR). The investment was estimated at US$ 60 million. In June 2015, the project achieved financial closure, when a US$ 47 million loan was granted by the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). The construction works started in 2015, and commercial operations were scheduled to begin in June 2016.
