Conventional and Specialize Bus Procurement

• The project includes the purchase of 21 new buses to replace existing aging buses in the City of Brantford. • The scope of the project includes the purchase of 13 conventional diesel (12 m long) and 8 specialized gasoline buses (8 m long low-floor accessible buses with 5 wheelchair and 10 ambulatory positions).The project will replace vehicles that are in poor condition, therefore reducing maintenance and fuel costs and improving fuel efficiency. The project will result in improved quality, safety and accessibility of the existing and future transit system in the City of Brantford.
