The motivation for this work includes (1) the need for immediate control of mosquito borne disease in critical habitat of three endangered endemic forest birds; (2) evaluation of existing and registered biopesticides for local control of Culex quinquefasciatus in the Kawaikoi Stream drainage; and (3) investigating the possible impacts of these biopesticides on non-targets species. |
