Description

This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service’s intention to fund the project activities without full and open competition in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy, Departmental Manual 505DM. Notice of Intent to Award: Unique Qualifications--The cooperative management agreement would implement Public Law 108-387, in which Congress authorized the creation of Lewis and Clark national Historical Park.
