Courthouses PPP project in Central Greece

The project involves the development of the courthouses in Central Greece under a public-private partnership (PPP) model. The project involves construction of two new Courthouses in Lamia and Volos, the construction of a new wing at the Courthouse in Karditsa and the reconstruction of the Courthouse in Trikala. The buildings will be bioclimatic and will respond to modern socio-economic needs, creating an upgraded environment, where all court material will be gathered. The reconstruction of the Trikala Courthouse involves the functional and energetic upgrade of the building. The partnership agreement covers a period of 30 years, of which 3 years are estimated to be for the construction period and the next 27 years for the operation and maintenance period.
