The project works will include: - A 2,280 m3/d ceramic ultrafiltration membrane plant with coagulation feed system, high solids contact tank, circulation pump system, ultrafiltration silicon carbide membranes, chlorination system and contact tank; - Reject water treatment and thickening stage to produce a reject of <0.01% of the plant production; - Pilot testing of the proposed technology; - A new 20 hp treated water booster pump station and associated clearwell; - New 200 and 300 mm diameter watermains connecting the existing raw water supply to the water treatment plant (WTP) and treated water to the reservoir and distribution system; - A new stell bolted reservoir to provide localized balancing storage; - A new metal pre-engineered building; and - Site grading, access roads and sanitary holding tanks.
