Phase one vertical infrastructure including utilities, public rights of way and spaces, roadways, alleys, parks and plazas on the southern half of the 23-acre site is complete. Phase two infrastructure will include a 670-space parking garage. The city estimates it will spend $100 million on site preparation and infrastructure. |
