Description | The project will increase the access to clean potable water in the Saltair Community by connecting to the existing Ladysmith water system. The water supplied by Ladysmith will meet the provincial Drinking Water Protection Act regulations and provide safe drinking water to the community. Project Works: Installation of two wells within the existing Saltair system; Construction of a PRV building including connection in order to connect to the Ladysmith system; Construction of a secondary reservoir within the town of Ladysmith’s system; Installation of approx. 250m of transmission pipe; and, Related works. |
