Description | The CP2 LNG project is Venture Global's third U.S. LNG facility along the Louisiana Gulf Coast. It has received final regulatory approval and notice to proceed from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and export authorization from the U.S. Department of Energy. The project is designed to liquify and export close to 20 million metric tons of LNG per year, potentially up to 28 million tons under optimal conditions. The CP Express Pipeline will deliver gas from Texas to Louisiana. The project is expected to start delivering LNG in 2027. |
