Cranbrook City Hall - Renovations and Upgrades

The project will complete upgrades to the City Hall in the City of Cranbrook. The upgrades will complete works to remove hazardous materials such as lead and asbestos while increasing office space, common areas and renovating the council chambers to allow for expanded public access to meetings. The project will renovate the City Hall to allow for increased availability of space for the public to attend council meetings as well as increasing functionality for the City staff. The project works include: - design and engineering; - hazardous material abatement, removal and disposal; - two washroom renovations to include hazmat abatement, touchless controls; - related mechanical, electrical and plumbing including HVAC; - renovation of council chamber; - upgrades to communications including conduit, fibre and related items; - construction of vaulted ceilings; - construction of a public seating gallery; and, - all related works.
