The business will constitute a bakery, canteen, show room, staff restaurant and a traditional Home-Style Restaurant offering family style food and services like bread, chicken, garri and eru, steaks, achu, corn fufu and vegetable, rice and pork eating along with classic hamburgers, wraps and generous salads. We will satisfy over 6500 customers with our specialty selections which include a lighter portion options and heavier portions trained tailored to enhance and facilitate the training of military practitioners without any internal body disturbance. The restaurant will be company owned and operated by Njieforbi Bakery. Together they have over a number of collective years’ experience in the bakery, restaurant and catering industry. The location will require constructing a structure, installation of the bakery equipment, additional renovation to update the lavatories and increase table space in the dining area and marketing of the bakery stuffs. The local promoter is seeking partners who will bring 800 000 USD in terms of minority shareholders and as loans.
