Main problem of the LT-PL territory which project "Create business - decrease exclusion" aims to address is high unemployment, especially between young people also between those having profession, but unable to find a job. PI “Health and beauty academy” and Punsk commune, being socially active and responsible, and basing on the real need for practical trainings and business start-up courses, necessity of which is expressed by the students of the lead applicant as well as of the inhabitants of both partner territories, elaborated project idea, implementation of which could contribute to the problem solving. The objective of the proposed project is: to alleviate the social and economic exclusion of young unemployed persons and increase their living and working conditions, through practical training aimed at encouragement of self-employment. Within project implementation period joint educational business start-up program will be prepared in such a way that it would be practically applicable and easy to use by the target group of the project–young unemployed people; basing on the created educational programme trainers will be trained and programme will be verified in practice (created start-up programme will be incorporated into massage module and joint pilot training will be performed for a group of LT-PL young unemployed persons). Potential of participating education institution in LT will be better used.
