Creating new ways to foster civic participation

Closed

The main challenge of the network Agents of Co-Existence is to embrace social innovation and inclusion across all aspects of local governance. To achieve this, the network focuses on improving the skills and competences of municipal staff while creating new organisational structures to further boost civic participation and create a more solid basis of democracy. Consequently, empowered civil servants equipped with appropriate skills and attitudes, alongside improved organisational structures will foster innovation in public services.
