The CRAFT project aims at building on a circular strategic model—networking, knowledge sharing, capacity building, and knowledge development—to foster systemic improvement and innovation within VET stakeholders. Throughout this project, EfVET will enhance inclusive stakeholder engagement, strong internal coordination, robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. The activities of the CRAFT project are strategically structured and connected to enhance the capacity, visibility, and influence of the VET ecosystem and representation of relevant stakeholders. These efforts are expected to yield significant positive impacts: reinforcing the professional capacity of VET providers and practitioners, facilitating knowledge transfer across regions, and enabling a more cohesive and dynamic European VET community. The project will foster system-level improvements, empowering learners, educators, and policymakers with new tools, practices, and opportunities to navigate future challenges and drive inclusive vocational excellence. CRAFT’s expected impact includes improved competences and opportunities for VET learners and professionals, enhanced institutional capacities, increased cross-border cooperation, and the mainstreaming of innovative practices. Target groups such as VET learners, educators, providers and policymakers will benefit from enriched access to resources, collaborative opportunities, and policy influence, supporting their long-term development and resilience. EfVET’s dissemination and sustainability strategies will ensure lasting value and broad visibility across the VET landscape in Europe.
