Creation of 2 pressurized neonatal rooms in the Maisonneuve pavilion (7th floor, D wing)

The project aims to create so-called "hot" areas for patients potentially infected of l’Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont in Montreal. The scope of the project includes improving the management of the isolation of newborns at risk of contagion, and construction of 2 isolated negative pressure rooms (creation of divisions, drawing joints, painting, upgrading of ventilation and electricity, addition of probe for pressure detection, replacement of floors), with medical gases and observation area. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading health infrastructure.
