The CED DK provides a wide range of services from promoting, encouraging and facilitating cross-border cooperation amongst a broad variety of cultural and audio-visual institutions and companies; to assisting organizations with their applications; organizing specific info-days and workshops, match-making and advising potential applicants. The CED DK also promotes and disseminates results of the Creative Europe Programme as well as news, initiatives, funding schemes etc. of the European Union. The project contributes to the general objectives of the Programme, by supporting a broad variety of cultural and audio-visual institutions and companies to safeguard, develop and promote European cultural and linguistic diversity and heritage and to increase the competitiveness and the economic potential of the cultural and creative sectors by facilitating capacity building workshops, promoting best practices including greening and inclusion. The project also contributes to the general objectives of the Programme by actively safeguarding, developing, and promoting European cultural diversity, and by supporting the capacity building of the European cultural and audio-visual sector.
