For the last 10 years the Creative Europe Desk Portugal (CED PT) has developed its activity as an information desk for the Creative Europe (CE) Programme, promoting the Programme’s opportunities and results in favour of professionals of the creative and cultural sectors (CCS). The present application intends to continue this work, continuing to build on the achieved results (particularly of the last 4 years) and finetuning the scope and scale of its actions, thus adjusting to the evolving priorities of the Programme. CED PT will continue to work in proximity with the professionals and organisations of the CCS, operating in points of intersection between the objectives of the Programme and the needs of the sector. Our moto remains: “Creative Europe Desk Portugal is here to help you!” CED PT will implement of activities targeting the present call’s objectives and priorities,namely: promote the Programme at national level; assist potential beneficiaries during application processes; stimulate cross-border cooperation and the exchange of best practices; ensure communication and dissemination of the Programme's results; provide information on the various types of financial support available under the EU policy for the CCS; and promote and foster cross-cutting EU priorities. CED PT has defined a plan to act in 4 strategic axes. 1. Proximity to the sector’s professionals and stakeholders while promoting the Programme’s opportunities, priorities, policies and results; 2. Promotion of future cross border partnerships; 3. Fostering opportunities beyond funding schemes (featuring the Programme’s results and other EU programmes); 4. Implementation of a concerted communication strategy.
