This project supports creative professionals to navigate in the job market. The skill-building program develops the participant capacities to manage career in an atypical surrounding through needed soft-skills and by the entrepreneurial possibilities. The project supports a total of 60 participants to engage in skill-building programs in Estonia, Finland and Latvia sparking transnational peer networks and opportunities also outside ones national borders. Expected results: As a small-scale project CreativeGPS lays bases for further transnational collaborations to provide targeted support and new solutions for the benefit of creative professionals in less competitive positions in the job market. This result is created through the skill-building program and all its activities related to career management skills, entrepreneurial skills and transnational peer-learning conducted in Estonia, Finland and Latvia. As a result in total 60 participants are granted a certificate stating the skills gained at the program. This result is affirmed by the results of the evaluation of the skill-building program, and how the learning goals were achieved.
