National capacity building for the transmission of new commercial real estate indicators (CREIs). There is a gap in between the demand (from users) and the statistics we produce today regarding commercial real estate. The aim is to build national capacity for the transmission of new commercial real estate indicators within real estate prices statistics. We want to explore ways to combine currently available data from the real estate property register, real estate tax assessment, real estate price register and the business register to assess the possibility to produce indicators for commercial property prices. In areas where there is a lack of available data, i.e. for special purpose entities (SPE) we want to review and analyse other possible data sources to assess their importance in the CRE market. Researching possible new data sources, that could be used as an addition to the already available, will give us a better general overview of CRE data sources available to relevant users in the public and private sector in Sweden.
