Creighton Prep Kitchen and Commons Renovation

This project consisted of a kitchen and commons renovation at Creighton Prep High School. The old kitchen was used for warming purposes and was renovated into a full-service kitchen with a serving line in the commons. Creighton Prep is now serving breakfast and lunches to the students. The commons area now has full food and beverage services, resilient rubber flooring with their Creighton Prep logo, stand-up counter with charging fixtures, projection screens, and a custom stained glass window. The kitchen renovation included a complete transformation from floor to ceiling. This included rerouting all of the plumbing and electrical in the floor to a grease interceptor located in the area behind the kitchen. In order to provide antiquate ventilation, new oven hoods were installed along with a new AHU located on the roof. The floor was replaced with a resinous floor and food service grade ceiling tiles and fixtures.
