Description | The project involves the investment, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of cross-river bridge, located in Yuxi City, Yuanjiang County, Yunnan Province of China. The bridge will connect the No. 2 road of Yuanjiang County, crossing the Yuanjiang River and connecting the planned section B of Jiangdong Road. The project cost amounts to CNY 184.04 million or $ 26.62 million. The SPV is called Yuanjiang County Cross- River Bridge Municipal Road Investment and Construction Co., Ltd and owned by 3 sponsors: state-owned Yuanjiang County Golden Sun Industry Development Investment Co., Ltd with a 5 % stake, Yunnan Construction Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd with 94% stake and Yunnan Construction Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd with 1% stake. The project is structured under BOT model for a concession period of 20 years. The return mechanism is a feasibility gap subsidy.
