The project includes the construction of the river crossing tunnel, the integrated pipe gallery, the ground wiring project and the supporting ancillary projects. The total length of the project is 4600 (including ground wiring roads), in which the tunnel section is about 4,450 meters long (including the shield section length of about 3210 meters), the tunnel shield section has an outer diameter of 14.5 meters, an inner diameter of 13.3 meters, and a lane height of 4.5 meters. The lane setting, the main line design speed of 80 km / h, the ramp design speed of 40 km / h. There is a pair of parallel ramps, two wind towers, and a building area of ??about 2235 square meters. The pipe deck is laid separately for about 1600 meters (subject to the actual measurement), and the cross-river shield section is built with the main body of the tunnel. The cooperation period is 23.5 years, of which the project construction period is 3.5 years and the operation period is 20 years. SPV is Hangzhou Minshan Road Crossing River Tunnel Management Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors China Railway 14th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (34%), Jiaxing Chengxi Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (51%) and Hangzhou Qianjiang New City Construction Development Co., Ltd. (15%).
